Who we are
Nine Properties is the property brand of Nine Solution, a Malaysian company within Nine Group. We hold a focused collection of homes and residences in three locations: Cyberjaya and Sepang in Malaysia, and Gading Serpong in Indonesia.
Each property is chosen for its location and presented to a consistent standard. In our apartment, studio and SOHO, furniture, electrical items and a full kitchen are already in place, and the buildings offer 24-hour security, a swimming pool, a gymnasium and a sauna, subject to availability at the time of your visit.
We show our properties by private enquiry rather than through bulk listings. That lets us give every visitor our full attention, confirm availability honestly and arrange a viewing at a time that suits them. International visitors are welcome.

We keep the collection small so that every property can be maintained, presented and looked after properly.
Ready on arrival
Our apartment, studio and SOHO are completely furnished, with electrical items and a kitchen set, so a guest or a team can settle in without preparation.
Personal attention
Enquiries are handled directly. We check availability, answer your questions and arrange viewings by email or WhatsApp.
Prime locations
Each address is close to a major city and to transport, with an international airport about thirty minutes away.
